The International Forum on Quality and Safety in Health Care invites you to submit an abstract to be considered for presentation at their 14^th International Forum which takes place from 17 to 20 March 2009 in Berlin, Germany.

The International Forum is open to all, and this year, their aim is to attract submissions from those who are first time submitters, have previously submitted unsuccessful abstracts, or who are new to the quality/safety field.
